Refund Policy
These terms only apply to the items sold by Happily, Hedy on https://byhedy.happilyhedy.com and do NOT apply to custom digital (graphic/web design or consulting) services offered by Happily, Hedy (which can be found here). The policies for custom services are sent directly to the client upon the initiation of a new project through the invoice.
Since our products are digital in nature, all sales are final and refunds are not offered so we unfortunately cannot accept returns. Our top priority is that you’re satisfied and happy with your purchase. If you have any questions prior to purchasing, please email hedy@happilyhedy.com BEFORE purchasing the product.
Licensure & Copyright
Permission is granted for purchaser to download and use the purchased materials for personal use. This is the grant of a limited license, not the transference of copyright, a title, or any intellectual property. The purchaser receives no title to, ownership of or legal rights to any of the products sold on the Website. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of the terms outlined in the Terms of Service. Upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials immediately, and may be requested to pay an extra fee for compensation for the breach of terms.
Our website templates may only be used on an unlimited number of PERSONAL websites. Should you want to use the template on a client’s site, you must purchase another license in order to use the template. Resale of the template is not allowed
Footer credit: You may remove the Happily, Hedy footer credit from your template. However, support is voided for sites on which the footer credit has been removed. Please remove the footer credit at your own risk. You may not take sole credit for the design of the theme/website (i.e. stating “designed by Your Business Name” WITHOUT attribution to Happily, Hedy is strictly prohibited).
